Prime Reading worth taking?

I thought they offered a flat fee for putting a novel in Prime Reading, but the offer I just received the only 'benefit' is the promotional opportunity. 🙄

I had a novel in it a few years ago and honestly don't remember if it was worthwhile and it was so long ago things have probably changed anyway. Does anyone have recent experience with it? Thanks.

They still offer a flat fee. But evidently, they now sometimes don't.

Apparently I am one of the 'sometimes'. Not sure it is worth tying my hands without a fee.

I've found that they boost rank dramatically, but there isn't a huge amount of sell-through. It doesn't seem to hurt, so I always say yes.

I thought that I probably made about $100 extra in sellthrough from the last book I had in prime. Small potatoes, but better than no potatoes.
