Book Funnel is most famous for delivering free copies and ARCs, but it can also be used to host group promos like this. The book doesn't have to be free and you can link it to the store where the book is actually sold, including Amazon. So it doesn't break TOS.

Exactly.  Some sales promos are only for free or 99c books.  Some are any price.  Some wide, some KU, some both.  This one is any price...but the book must be in Kindle Unlimited. 

Since many readers still expect free samples or stories, I've found that 99c or Kindle Unlimited seems to work better (for me) than wide at any price.
