[Posting for a friend] Clean paranormal freebie
« on: October 16, 2020, 02:51:32 AM »
I spent much of August editing a novel with my closest friend, and we published her debut novel at the end of last month. It's a KU exclusive, and I'm trying to give her freebie days (15th-19th October) a bit of a boost.

She has the usual first-time-author nerves, but I think she's done a really good job with this one.

Shifter's Freedom, a paranormal adventure novel

Held at The Shelter since childhood, Yana's only allowed out to fight ghostly apparitions and shut down haunts.

Now she wants out for good...

Just to make this clear: this isn't some sekret pen name of mine.  I'm already publishing paranormal ghost adventures under my OWN name!

Thanks! It's tough out there for a new author, but just getting a novel finished and published is cause for major celebration.

You've got that right.

Not my cup of tea, but I posted the link on my friend's forum. There are several members who are paranormal fans.

I really like the cover. Particularly the yellow eyes.

Thanks ;-)  I wish I'd managed to convey 'ghostly' a bit more, but the eyes were a tip of the hat to the paranormal.

There's a spooky outline of a ghost on the back cover - ten points if you can find it ;-)
