B&N has decent categories and subcategories
« on: October 03, 2018, 05:43:20 AM »
I was adding a few books to B&N and they have certainly revamped the site. They have better categories and subcategories than they used to.

Will it work to get books visible? I hope so. I'm going to keep tabs on mine and post back here if I see any improvement.

It's good to hear B & N might be getting its act together.

The categories and subcategories have been around for a while. They do indeed go very deep and it's great, but jury is still out on how helpful it.

AS far as I know, keywords still do not work.

I just checked one of the subcats and actually FOUND my book!  :banana-riding-llama-smiley-em

Granted, it was on page 15 of 18 but still....it's a step in the right direction.

I've never found my books before unless I've searched the title or author name.

Will give it 24 hours before searching for the specific keyword to see if that does anything.
