Pre-Orders Suddenly Stopped On June 12th

Did anyone else with a free pre-order see their numbers suddenly stop on June 12th, the same day Amazon had that server outage?  Because I had 10+ pre-orders every day before then, and now nothing since that morning.

Yup and it's apparently a known issue with Amazon. I'm also seeing incredibly delayed sales data reporting. Since the 12th most of my sales come in after midnight EST, which is nuts.

Not sure how long it's going to take to resolve any of this, though...

I contacted Amazon and was told there wasn't anything wrong with my pre-orders.  Nice to be lied to. . .

That's the standard response to anything now.

I don't think the response teams get given any real information at all these days.

I just got 2 pre-orders showing on BR, so whatever problem they had, seems to be fixed now.

Yeah, Netherlands came in for me, and now I'm seeing a few other countries, though still now US, which is frustrating because I had a family member pre-order 18+ hours ago and it's still not showing.
