Kobo writing life

Not getting any response at all from my help requests to Kobo writing life ... is this a known issue? Is Kobo writing life still alive? It looks alive, same as ever, but ... I have been quiet in the publishing world for some time, is there something I have missed?

How long have you waited? It's usually a few days with Kobo, I think.

It seems these retailers these days aren't working their own businesses. It's the same with InAudio right now--though that could be because of their Spotify merger.

It's like publishing isn't important to publishing businesses. But that's their business... Feels as if it's accepted behavior since covid. To us oldies, I'm pretty sure it was unheard of business practices ten to twenty years ago to not answer emails. Maybe they're all getting flooded by spam AI nonsense too?

Also, Kobo employees don't work on weekends last time I heard.

Well it's been just over a week now ... I mean I guess it's not a superlong time. Frustrating though.
I suppose one thing that is that sometimes these companies send some sort of automated reply to say they'll get round to it soon, or give you a case number or something, and they haven't done that either. Well I'll just have to sit and wait I guess.
